The Secret.


I’m reading this book. Whoa right? Me read?  I know, I’m kinda proud of myself. My lovely coach gave it to me to read for our leadership class we are required to take.  Surprisingly enough I LOVE it. Besides all the Twilight series (I know so typical), I haven’t really loved a book because I liked it.. yanno? This book I’m about to tell you about is GENIUS. I’ve told you a little bit about it in my last post, but here it is in detail.

This book is called, The Secret, literally the secret of life. And I’m so sweet, I’m going to share my knowledge with you. I promise if you read it, it will be soooo much better than me summarizing parts I love. Through this book I’ve started to understand life a little bit better, and I’ve been putting the secret to use. When you’re done reading this, I want you to try out what I’m about to tell you.

First of all, what is the secret?

~It’s the law of attraction.

“Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted to you by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. IT’S WHAT YOU’RE THINKING. Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you”.

If you can think about what you want in your mind, and make that your dominant thought, you WILL bring it in your life.

Basically your thoughts become things.

The Universe doesn’t compute words of negation. So make sure you’re saying all positives!!!

Which means that life is in your hands. NO matter where you are now, no matter what has happened in your life, you can begin to consciously choose your thoughts, and can change your life. There is no such a thing as a hopeless situation. Every single circumstance of your life can change.

It really does take many negative thoughts and persistent negative thinking to bring something negative in your life. If you worry about negative thoughts, negative things will happen in your life. Decide right now what you’re going to think only positive thoughts.

This means that you have to master your mind. Make sure you take time in the day to control your thoughts. Whether you meditate, or just take a few minutes a day for your mind to rest. Three to ten minutes a day! EASY!
Our feelings let us know what we are thinking. Feelings will help you create your life.  So if you’re feeling good, it’s because you are thinking good thoughts!

You have the power to change anything, because you are the one who chooses your thoughts and you are the one that feels your feelings.

“See things that you want as they are already yours. Know that they will come to you. Then let them come. Don’t fret and don’t worry about them. Think of them as yours, belonging to you, as already in your possession”.

I challenge you all to do this. Think of the things you want. Say them out loud. LET THEM HAPPEN. I’ve used this since I’ve learned it, and life has been so much better.
